    are native; that is, the architecture allows the two systems to
    interface directly, rather than being accessed through a third party.

Account Settings

Act-On users have one of three possible roles:

Marketing Administrators

Can have both marketing and administration privileges. This includes
the ability to add, delete, and edit marketing and sales users to
different workspaces; assign message launch approvals; apply password
policies; assign folders to Sales in the Email templates area; and
see all messages sent from the system.

Marketing Users

Can create and run campaigns and webinars, create forms and
landing pages, create and manage lists, create and manage lead
scoring, create collateral, do A/B splits, run reports, manage
inbound features, and more. Marketing users can add other marketing
users, but they cannot add marketing administrators or sales users.

Sales Users

Have access to contact and lead activity histories, and can send
marketing-created emails. Depending on CRM integration, they may
have access to Act-On directly from their CRM dashboard and be able
to send marketing-created emails; they may also receive daily
lists of prioritized high-scoring leads. Sales users have access to
the Website Visitor view, and they can set and receive alerts
notifying them when specific people or companies visit the website.
